What Causes Itchy Bumps Filled With Puss On Vaginal Area?

I have like clusters of flesh colored bums on my libia and they itch, and like white stuff is near them I don't know if it came out if the little bump things, but when I put my finger down there white stuff gets on it, it almost looks like puss but it's hard, like a seed, but not as hard as a seed, just like hardened piss or something, and the bumps sort of look like swollen taste buds and they are clusterd togeather. They only seem to bother me every once in a while.
