What Causes Itchy Bumps On Buttocks Inspite Of Using Neosporin?
I have a rash/zit or bite like bumps at the very top of my butt crack. I have tried using Neosporin and a hydro cream for itching. That area sweats a lot as I work out 6-7 nights a week. How can I get rid of the bumps/itching at the very top of the butt crack?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection like tinea corporis. For such condition I would recommend using creams or ointments containing miconazole or terbinafine for local application. I also advise fluconazole tab orally weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrence.
