I experienced a sore throat which has lasted for the last four or five days. I was very hoarse and almost lost my voice for about two of those days. On day three or four I experienced a fever with a high of 103. This lasted less than 1 day. I took Iburprofen once. Today I noticed my hands were warm and slightly itchy. Just now I ve noticed small red bumps that almost look like ant bites. They itch a lot. They are mostly limited to my palms and wrist. I have two children (3 and 4) who have experienced these same symptoms. It doesn t seem to be chicken pox.
