What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Penis And Testicles?

Can somebody help me, I yesterday got some pimples on my penis outer skin and the testis too. It itches very much and I though of it being a fungal so applied dettol water and it burned like hell.. Guide me with some medications. (I had sex 2 months back). Problem arises yesterday.

itchy bumps can be allergic dermatitis or scabies pimple is not the site openis. go for hiv test and hsv to rule out aids and herpes for scabies which is contagious avoid contact and ascabiol is only medication to be applied. if positive in test then treatment can be recomanded accordingly.
