What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Perineum Area Post Intercourse?
Hi. So my boyfriend shaved his pubic hair & it s pretty coarse. During sex it hurt a little because of his stumbles. After I went to the restroom & it burned when I peed... it feels like I have little cuts on the inside of my lips. I went to an urgent care & asked what she would recommend. She suggested warm baths & aquafor to ease the itchyness & irritation. I used some yesterday & now it s even more irritated & I have little bumps or a rash around my perineum area. Any idea what it is & if there are over the counter creams?

It is due to injury. Hairs when shaved become sharper, this has injured your vagina and perineum. It will heal in 3 to 4 days. If you can't tolerate use betnovate ointment, pain killers (ibuprofen) and tablet cetrizine.
