What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Wrists?

Me n my wife were toy fighting with our daughter and those two were against me, I grabbed my wife s wrists so she couldn t tickle me only slight pressure but her wrists now have little bumps all over and are now itching what causes this pls and what is it thanks

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
It seems like there were some injuries that cases oedema and hematoma and there is no need to be worried. She should T should rest, apply cold compresses, keep it elevated and take nonsteroid painkillers such as ibuprofenum or Diclofenac. If there is no improvement she should see doctor and do ultrasound.
