General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to yeast infection. A swab test will be helpful to confirm this. While taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Amoxiclav it is possible to get yeast infection. Clotrimazole cream (Monistat ) for local application will be helpful for this. Using intimate wash daily is also good to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
