What Causes Itchy Ear And Itchiness In Arm?

My 6 year old was complaining of her ears itching. I noticed the right ear is very red a little swollen and covered in tiny bumps. I looked behind her ears and the rash is the same behind both ears spreading toward the neck. She says they hurt and itch terribly. The rash site also feels very warm to the touch. For the past two days she had a similar bumpy rash in the middle of her right arm.

Your 6 year daughter may be having contact allergic dermatitis. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis.

I would suggest..

- Antihistaminics
- steroids in tappering dose
- apply mild steroid cream
- avoid contact with suspected allergens
