What Causes Itchy Ears While Having CPAP Machine?

My ears feel itchy all the time. I have always Qtipped the heck out of them. If i block or pinch my nose and try blowing air out my nose, i feel it through the ears. Mostly the left one. Haven t been seem for that but now that i was diagnosed with mild obstructive sleep apnea and started an 8 night home trial witha CPAP machine, i woke up with a horrible sinus type headache, dizzy feeling, and my ears feel plugged up like when you go on an airplane. Headache got better as day went on woth all the meds i took but my ears are still bothering me. Could i have something wrong with my ear. I googled and saw perforated Tympanic membrane. Does it sound possible?
