What Causes Itchy Flesh Coloured Lumps On Arms And Legs?

Hi- 11 yr old daughter had a couple molluscums on her thigh. Dr burnt off. The several more, burnt those off. Went on for six months. Then one morning after dr appt she woke up with small flesh colored bumps all over her arms and legs, some on buttocks. They seemed different than mollescums, dr gave her cream which hasn t worked. After a few days they itched. Has had them two weeks now, can t wear shorts, itch badly and now look more like patches vs Indiv bumps- almost like hives. She has asthma and allergies. Nothing else has changed. She did have pneumonia right before this started and took antibiotic but finished that about a week prior to bumps showing up. Any idea?
