What Causes Itchy Hands Along With Burning Sensation On Heel?

My husband that is 44 had terrible itching and on his hands last night and burning in his right heel. He took a benedryl and the itching stopped and he was able to sleep. This morning his heel is very sore his right hand is swollen and his right lip is a little puffy. What is could this be?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some allergic reaction due to some internal or external allergen.
Try to find out causative allergen and avoid it.
Give him cetrizine or Levo-ctrizine medicine for 2 days.
Ok and take care.
