What Causes Itchy Head, Sore Scalp With Rough Patches On Forehead And Face?
Im 54 year old/female. My head has been very itchy and I have some sores in my scalp. Also have had some rough patches on my face/forhead that get irritated but do heal up. When I get over heated I also get itchy welt like rash on the back of my neck. Seems like my face gets itchy more than normal as well. What does this sound like. Head lice? Psoriasis? ???

I really appreciate your concern, it could be allergic condition or may be nonspecific but it can be best managed with "Tab hydroxyzine 10 mg" three times in day, dandruff need to be ruled out, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
