What Causes Itchy Legs Along With Red Marks?

I have itchy legs and when scratched causes little red marks. could this be a reaction from wearing too much polyhester sweatpants, eating a cup of yogurt a day, or from something else. I have been diagnosed with contact dermititis of the arms but thats it.

Hello,
If you had atopic dermatitis in the past it means that you are slightly more sensitive than other people. If the red marks you mentioned developed only after scratching then it can just be a scratch mark as well known as excoriation.
If it is present all along the surface in contact with polyester like a red patch then it is a sign of allergy kicking in.
Diet doesn't necessarily cause allergy in foot. I would advise you to monitor if you are experiencing similar symptoms when you try another material. If you don't then its most likely an atopy to polyester.
But if it gets red again with a different material then it can be due to some other reason.
Consult a dermatologist for more further evaluation.
