What Causes Itchy Lump And White Spots On Scrotum?
Hello. For a couple of years I have had a marble sized lump on my scrotom skin. It looks like there are 3 little white spots on it. Sometimes I can squeeze it and a clear/ light green colored fluid will come out with a distinctive odor. I also have discomfort and itching. I have tried several different ointments and powders to no avail. Any clear insight would be great fully appreciated. Thank you

From your description, this seems like a scrotal sebaceous cyst. This cannot be cured with drugs or ointment, and needs surgical removal for permanent cure. Procedure is a minor one, done under local anaesthesia. Kindly discuss with a general surgeon.
