Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have massive itching all over my body except neck and head. Looks kind of like small insect bites. It does not spread like poison ivy. I start itching as soon as I walk into the house. It is especially bad at night to the point I cannot sleep. It is worse in the body area and less worse on the arms and legs but the bumps are there just not as itchy. I can work all day with an occasional itch, but as soon as I get home it starts in. Used Calamine lotion, Gold Bond Anti-itch lotion, I even used bleach water. The Gold Bond works for a temp. fix but it doesn t last very long. Help Thanks Paula
Hello paula thank ypu for writing us here. Its most probably due to allergy. I would suggest you take cetrizine 5mg at night time. Also if you have any pets make sure they are clean. Allergy could be because of contaminated clothes as well so give a through wash to all your clothes and stuff toys, clothes, etc. You'll be alright in a week.
Best regards, Dr Gunjan
