What Causes Itchy Lumps Inside The Vagina Of A Child Suffering With Urticaria?
My 8-year old daughter has 3 or 4 little white itchy pimples inside her vagina. This is not the first time this has happened. It usually flares up at night. Could it be an indication of worms? She has had those twice before. Also, she has urticaria, which means any infection she gets is particularly irritating to her. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in to HCM.
It could be due to infection.
Kindly also consult a paediatritician and give her Tablet Albendazole 400mg orally once and repeat after 2 weeks for deworming.
Also kindly give the urine analysis and microscopy to rule out urinary tract infections.
She may be put on antibiotics.
Kindly consult a gynaecologist regarding application of Topical Clindamycin cream on the vaginal pimples.
