Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy lumps on the legs of a toddler. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction, urticaria, psoriasis and due to increased susceptibility of body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to cover the skin and protect it from direct sunlight , apply petroleum jelly and apply cold compresses to reduce redness and inflammation . Also keep your baby hydrated. If condition doesn't get well then consult pediatrician for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory, antihistamine or corticosteroid ointment after proper examination.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
