What Causes Itchy Patches On Neck And Bumps On Face?

I have itchy patches on my neck that I thought were tinea versicolor and now I have itchy bumps on my face that are raised and drying out my skin underneath. I have treated my neck area with anti fungal creams and it s not getting better. Could I have 2 different rashes?

without looking it is bit difficult to diagnose with history
you can try with a steroid ointment like clobetasol twice application daily
