hello
Thanks for query.

Itching of the foreskin and yellowish discharge from penis is due to Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis which is very common in individuals with uncontrolled diabetes.

Please get his blood sugar levels and Glycocelated Hemoglobin (HbA1c)done to confirem the status of diabetes .

Taking anti fungal medication like Fluconzole with topical anti fungal crram will help to cure .

Consult qualified Diabetologist for proper management of diabetes.
