Kindly clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily. After drying, apply Clotrimazole cream over the affected area. Wear loose fitting undergarments to avoid friction in the area. Kindly continue the medication which you are asked to take. Yeast infections are known to ascend and affect implantation, which could pass through pushing vaginal pessaries. However, wash your hand with soap and water and ensure it is clean before doing it.
