What Causes Itchy Pimples In The Groin Area After Embryo Transfer?
I had the embryo Transfer then after like 5 days developed itchy pimples which i guess are yeast its now the 9th day since Transfer and since i am still inserting prontogest pessaires Can the yeast gain Access to utérus and affect implantation as am pushing in the pessaires?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Itchy pimples what you are experiencing in the groin area could be due to allergic skin reaction. Kindly clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily. After drying, apply Clotrimazole cream over the affected area. Wear loose fitting undergarments to avoid friction in the area. Kindly continue the medication which you are asked to take. Yeast infections are known to ascend and affect implantation, which could pass through pushing vaginal pessaries. However, wash your hand with soap and water and ensure it is clean before doing it. Maintain good personal hygiene. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
