I am a 40 year old female and I have had a UTI since early November. I am now on my 4th antibiotic. I have had extreme fatigue with periods of hot flash type episodes. I am on estradiol due to a hysterectomy. I now have noticed the past few days a small bluish/purple spot just below my left knee almost on the inside of my leg. Well today it has started itching and has a small marble size knot in that area. This leg seems to get tired easily even during a shower. Is this something I should be worried about ?
