General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for writing.

I can understand you concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. The best way to diagnose a rash is visual inspection of the same. I suggest you consult a doctor who would examine the lesion and obtain a thorough medical history pertaining to it so that a diagnosis may be made.

In the mean time i would suggest not to scratch the lesion with your nails and apply some calamine lotion and wear loose cotton clothes to reduce itching due to the rash.
