i have an itchy curvy raised line on the side of my foot stretching to the sole, at first it was a hard itchy nodule on my toe and after i started using antifungal cream on it the curvy line appeared and has been itching ever since about a week and a half now
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Itchy spot on foot can be due to many reasons as follow The most common cause of such spot is due to contact with allergic and poisonous agent found in herbs like poison oak/ivy, or by a insect’s or animal’s bite. Antiallergic medication like benedryl/cetrizine would be helpful. Sometimes a insect sting or foreign particle gets lodged in skin & has to be removed to get the lesion fully cured.
Other reasons include Fungal infection, but it should be okay after applying anti fungal cream. Psoriasis, impetigo and eczema are few of the diseases that are known to produce rashes or skin eruption.
If problem persist, visit a dermatologist
