General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to allergy from antibiotic you have taken. You can use calamine lotion for local application. Taking antihistamines like cetrizine or benadryl will be helpful to relief from itching and rashes. If there is no improvement then a short course of corticosteroids like methyl prednisolone will be helpful. You can approach your GP for this. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
