What Causes Itchy Rash Growing On Collor Bone Skin With Void Center?

Hi doctor:) lately I ve noticed a sort of a rash growing on the two tips of my collar bone skin area, its round (ring shaped) with a void in the middle. its also itchy sometimes, I dont have any allergies, havent eaten something new recently, nor have taken any medications, the only possible thing that could be related to this is that I borrowed my friend s scarf for a few days. what could it be? Thanks ahead!
