What Causes Itchy Rash On Stomach And Hand?

Hello, I d like to ask about a rash my younger sister s been having for over a month...it s itchy and gets itchier at night and there are like slightly raised dots with crusts and sometimes blood. The rash is on her stomach and hand, especially between the fingers. And also some look like scratch marks even when she doesn t scratch her skin.
