What Causes Itchy Rashes And Blisters On Foot?

Hello,I am experiencing a severe rash on the top of both feet. It started with an extreme itch, a fine rash began on all toes on both feet. I treated the rash with over the counter anti-itch medications and Gold Bond Foot Powder. It appears some better, but the rash has progressed towards the top of my feet and turns to blisters and bumpy, itchy spots. What is wrong?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different possible causes and it is likely that you may need to see your doctor or dermatologist to determine the exact cause.

Possible causes include:(A) allergic reaction to an agent eg cream or material of shoes , socks

(B)infection such as hand foot and mouth disease (a viral infection), herpes zoster, impetigo (a bacterial infection)

(c)may also occur with some nutritional deficiencies

(d)can also occur with inflammatory conditions of the skin

The only way to determine the exact cause would be to see your doctor for examination.

I hope this helps
