What Causes Itchy Rashes And Red Bumps On The Thighs And Knees?
Every winter as soon as the temperture starts dippimg into the fourties I get an extremely itchy rash, red bumps in my thighs,knees,elbows,wrists and posterior. as soon as it starts to warm up it goes away. lotion and cortizone only temporarly relieves the symptoms.
