What Causes Itchy Rashes Around The Genitals Despite Taking Terbinafine?

Doctor i m suffering from jock itch since 3 months, I ve comleted medicinal course of tablet fluconazole but it didnt work.. after that i ve been given terbinafine for 21 days along with antifungal local application but still the itching n rashes are continue to grow.. plz suggest me proper trtment...

I really appreciate your concern, if the treatment fails to respond then it may not be fungal infection but it could be some allergic condition and anti-histamine can be taken Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
