You should speak to your doctor to let him or her know about your reaction. Using an anti histamine, both oral and topical would help with the itching such as benadryl, claritine, allegra or zyrtec If you cannot find a topical antihistmine you can use mild topical steroid such as hydrocortisone. The watery discharge is likely old blood. Abnormal bleeding can occur with physical stress or illness ,so this may be reason that you noted the blood. I hope this helps
