What Causes Itchy Rashes Between Balls And Thighs?
Hi, I am a 16 year old male and I have this itchy rash between my balls and thigh. (Both thighs) It used to be red and recently it's changed colour to match my scrotum (slightly darker than skin colour)
It sometimes smells and is sometimes itchy. I'm a Virgin and I've never taken part in sexual activity.
Can you please help me, it's annoying and embarrassing.
The kind of skin rash that you have is suggestive of a fungal infection of the region. Such a fungal infection is very common at this site since it is prone to increased sweating along with continuous friction. Now you need to keep the affected area clean and dry. Avoid applying any creams or oil over it. You might need to the an antifungal cream over it twice for atleast two weeks together. Wear cotton clothes and undergarments in order to decrease the sweating.
Hope it helps
