What Causes Itchy Rashes On Arms And Legs When Exposed To Sun?
Hi would exposure to sun and heat cause a hive like condition on my arms and legs? It is itchy but often goes away but when i go back in direct sun it happens again. I ve been in the sun for most of my life boating golfing etc? Why now is this a problem?

It could be a heat urticaria.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
