What Causes Itchy Rashes On Back Radiating To The Hip?

skin rash still going strong after taking Meloxicam for 3 days, 3 weeks ago (assuming this is what caused rash to begin with) Was prescribed triamcinolone acetonide cream. No change . welts that itch like crazy and small bumps that feel like insect bites. hydrocortisone to cool the itch does give releitf but no change in skin. rash has spread from center of back down both hips and up into scalp.
