What Causes Itchy Rashes On Back,head And Chest?

What is an itchy rash, that has lasted five + years break outs are mild to major on any given day, they are 24/7 itchy break outs are on back and head the most, small patches on stomach, chest arms and legs, allergy test have negative results, no bed bugs, not mites. Red bumps that become bloody from constant scratching.

Given that allergy tests have had negative results and that no bed bugs or mites have been found, it would be best to see a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
