see whenever you have rashes please don t apply steroid containing formulations ,as it will make your condition worse unless and until prescribed by a doctor.so please stop that cream if your still using it.next it may be allergic/irritant contact dermatitis which is treatable if you avoid the cause,cause might be detergent or any plants but if you doubt the cause u can consult a dermatologist he will do a test and surely you will be fine after you know the causitive agent and you need to avoid it.thank you
