my boyfriend is a outside painter. he is currently painting fuel tanks. he has a rash on the inside of both of his arms that just popped up out of nowhere. he hasnt touched or been around anything new. the rash is barely visible, but he says that it itches, stings, and feels like needle pricks. what could this be?

Maintain hygiene as this is very important in preventing these rashes. Hydration of the skin should be maintained by moisturizing creams. Use loose clothes to wear. This type is common in cyclist,joggers,etc. 2 Rashes due to allergic reaction. 3 Psoriasis, impetigo and eczema are few of the diseases that are known to produce rashes or skin eruption. 4 Fungal infection can also lead to rashes.
