What Causes Itchy Rashes On Neck And Groin Area?

I have a red rashes grown on my shoulder beside neck and in my groin areas. I m a male of 24 years old. Its been more than six months. It tempts to itch alot. And I applied ointments but doesn t seem to be worked enough. It grows more than before. Help me please.

Hi.
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Your symptoms could be due to Ringworm of skin / Tinea infection . I advice you to take,
- Tab. Itraconazole 100mg OD for 4-6weeks
- candid powder in the day time  or
- Terbinafine cream at night for 2weeks
- maintain good self hygiene

If not responding to the antifungals, it's must to rule out underlying predisposing factors like Diabetes, immunosuppressive disorders & treatment if any.
