What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Arms?

Hello Dr. I have been working outside in my yard and have developed a very itchy rash of tiny firm bumps on my arms. The bumps are not oozing or wet, nor are they scaly. They are also not terribly red; but oscillate between almost skin color to reddish pink. I have a dog, and we do have some poison ivy, poison oak in our yard; but the rash only appears 24+ hours after any potential exposure time point. There have been mosquitos around. I have been bitten by them. What on earth is my rash?

if it is little swelled up with intense itching and redness , you simply have urticaria. Don't worry, just look around you any allergic conditions like pets, mosquitoes, any food or drug etc. just take cetrizine 5 mg and phenarmine 25 mg two times a day..
