What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Body?

I am breaking out with large hive like lumps. They range from the size of a dime, quarter, to a half dollar in size. They are red and itchy. I showed my doctor, so he put me on Aleve. I am still experiencing their outbreak. What do you suggest I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM & I do understand your concern

If I were treating doctor for this case of rashes and itchiness, I would come up with these possibilities, these include :

The first possibilities will be allergy and for it you require only blood differential count to look for cause of it and treatment will be avoided trigger points and add [levocetrizine]

The second probabilities will be intestinal parasitic infection and to confirm it you need your stool examination and if infection present then treatment will be [albendazole]

I suggest you to consult a dermatologist in your local area or share image to HCM

Hope that helps
