What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Face And Neck After Taking Doxycycline?

I have been taking doxycycline hydrate 50mg bid and developed an itchy rash on my neck and face after a few days. I was also using Ellidel on my face (cheeks only) and thought it might be from that so stopped but continued the antibiotic and rash continues . I have no rash anywhere else so not sure if it’s the med. as it seems isolated to my upper neck area.
