What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Legs?
I have a non-itchy rash on both legs. I was given steroid cream and it started to clear up but now has come back with a vengeance! It started with small red spots which joined up (below knee both legs) and they joined up and it was bright red, warm but not irritated. It started to clear just using Nivea lotion but I sat in the sun for about 10 minutes, thinking it would help. Now the red spots have come back a lot worse. Have used the steroid cream but not clearing up yet. Any ideas?

it could b small vessel vasculitis..may need oral steroid 1mg per kg wt for 2week and then tapper down for next two week..it will work
