Dr was unable to identify rash. rash spread to lower abdomin, itchy. joints swelled (fingers, knees, wrist, feet). rash is clearing up, joints are returning to normal. should we continue to look for a diagnosis? any idea what this could be?

Hi,

If the rashes are gone and will not repeat anymore you don’t need to investigate furthermore. The rashes may have been from the viral condition or sinus infection you had. If the situation will repeat you have to do some blood tests. and if the situation lasts more than 6 weeks you have to do further tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
