What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Penis Head?
I ve been tested for chlamydia/gonorrhea which came back negative since then I ve been back to the doctors because I ve been experiencing itching and discomfort but was giving Clotrimazole because the doctor said my symptoms sounds more like I have a fungus on my penis whether that a std if that was the case would I be itching and have a rash on the head of my penis

Based on the symptoms you have stated above you probably have Balanitis. It’s a condition where the glans of the penis becomes itchy and/or swollen, it can be due to several conditions such as bad hygiene, some skin disease known as psoriasis or fungal infection etc.
The Doctor gave you a medicine that eliminates fungal infection, continue with Clotrimazole and apply it on the area where you have itchiness 3 times a day for at least 10 days
Please make sure to keep your penis dry after taking shower, also make sure to keep wearing clean underwear.
If your symptoms don’t get better and you still have itchiness and discomfort after 10 days of the treatment then there must be other causes such as Psoriasis (dry skin), allergy to some irritants such as shower gel, or the soap used to wash your clothes (underwear). So you must go back to your doctor and discuss about these possibilities, your Doctor might prescribe for you Cortisone and other moisturizing creams to relieve your symptoms.
Finally, no your condition is not due STD so don't worry.
