YES I HAVE BEEN BROKE OUT SENT MAY MY CHEEKS AND STOMACH AND ITCH AND MY HEAD IS DRIVING ME CRAZY LIKE COLD CHILLS AND ITCHING AND THE DR PUT ME ON THIS IVERMECTIN 3MG 6 AT ONE TIME AND 6 IN TO WEEKS BUT NON DIFFERENT IN MY CONDITION WHAT IS THAT FOR YYYY@YYYY ..

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Itchy breakouts on various parts of body can be due to alllergic reaction causing contact dermatitis while it can also be due to mite infestation or scabies..

Ivermectin is used to treat Scabies and you are advised the same as your doctor suspected Scabies..

In case if it is not getting better, it can be due to some other allergen like any bug bits, soaps, detergents, cosmetics, foods, medications etc..

So if you are not getting better consult an Emergency room or a skin specialist and get evaluated.
A blood test can be done for confirmation..

For now you can take anti allergics like Levocetrizine or Benadryl to relieve the itching and apply Calamaine or Caladryl lotion over the skin..
Do cool compresses to soothe the skin..
