I have been having pain in my left knee and along the thigh area. I have developed rashes and itching along this area and then I started having problems in the same area on the right knee along with rashes and itching on that side. I also have lower back pain going down leg to feet with spasms
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy rashes on the upper leg. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like dermatitis, dry skin, eczema, heat rash or sweat dermatitis or uncomfortable clothes.
Need not to worry. You should maintain good personal hygiene. Use a powder to avoid sweat collection and apply calamine lotion at the sites of the lesion. Apply ice pack to reduce redness and itchiness .It is important to wear lose comfortable clothes. If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like clindamycin , oral anti fungal or anti bacterial depending upon the diagnosis .
