Hello Doctor, One year Ago I had a Dengue Fever and It was severe that they gave a bottle of platelets. Post Dengue I got Itching sensation on my body , which is too painful. Its been one year still I have itching. I consulted many doctors and few of them could nt identify the issue and few say its allergy. Especially I have itching on my back and hands. Hello and welcome to HCM,
Dengue fever is not likely to be the cause of itchy rash.
The itchy rash is likely to be due to skin problem.
A clinical assessment is required to examine the skin where itching is very prominent.
Allergy can be one of the reasons for the itching.
Skin conditions characterized by itching are eczema and dermatitis.
The type and character of the itchy lesion can be determined by clinical assessment.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for further work out.

Thanks and take care
