What Causes Itchy Rashes Under The Armpits?
A week ago I noticed an itch under both of my arm pits. A rash developed shortly after. I also noticed tiny almost transparent bumps. This week I still have those rashes and a new rash has developed on my hand/wrist. All rashes itch terribly and are really red. The flare ups come and go. I have not ate anything new or odd, nothing new so not convinced that it is an allergy although it could be. At times they itch so bad that they are causing me to have chills. I feel fine otherwise. I am already taking Claritin due to seasonal allergies that I get every year with the pollen but I have never had a rash like this. It is making me crazy.

Red and severely itchy rash at the locations you mentioned can be probably a scabies skin infection.
You need to make an appointment with your general practitioner or dermatologist.
It can be treated by local application of Permethrin or Benzyl Benzoate 25%, however, should be done under doctors consultation. For the relief of symptoms, you may have tab Cetirizine or Avil. Your clothes need to be washed thoroughly in warm water. If anybody amongst your family or colleagues have the same complaint, that person too should be treated.
