What Causes Itchy Rashes While On Lamictal?
My daughter 17 has a rash from lamictal. The doctor said to stop taking it right away. We got Benadryl and topical Benadryl. We just started the Benadryl today. It is spreading some. Itchy. How do I know when to go ER or just give he Benadryl some time. No other symptoms.

Stop using Lamictal right away.
Use Benadryl or Cetirizine for itching.
If the situation doesn't improve but continues to be severe and with a swollen mouth and difficulty breathing go to ER.
Epinephrine and Prednisone injections may be needed.
