What Causes Itchy Red Bumps All Over Body?

I have itchy red bumps that come and go all over my body it is not bugs and not dry rash with is ezcema or anything like that. It came shortly after pain in my back that was leading to numbness to the top of my thighs to the side of my big toe. My family is around me we share the same bed they are not affected at all it just me. Please help the anti itch creams and benedryl is not working thank you so much.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic condition.
Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.
You need to find out the cause.
Treatment can be with oral anti histamines.
Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
