What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On The Neck After Shaving?
Hi I shaved my beard with a razor and it seems as though I got bad razor burn on my check and my neck, both proceeding to release large amts of pus as well as spread little itchy red bumps on my neck. Is this razor burn or some other type of infection?

I understand your concern
It is due to infection of hair follicle that produce bumps.
Take following advises:
Tablet ampiclav to times a day for three days
Apply neomycin ointment
Apply warm pad application
If not relieved then it should be excised by putting incision.
So consult the general physician and get take proper treatment.
